Donations

Contributions are not tax deductible.

Anonymous contributions are not accepted. Donors must provide identifying information required for campaign finance reporting and recordkeeping.

Contribution cutoff: YES DART does not accept contributions (monetary or in-kind) after May 1, 2026.

YES DART’s preference is to accept contributions from individuals.

Corporations and labor organizations (unions):

YES DART will generally not accept contributions from corporations or labor organizations (unions). If a contribution from a corporation or labor organization is ever considered, it will not be accepted unless reviewed in advance with an attorney or accountant and confirmed permissible and properly reportable.

PAC contributions:

YES DART may accept contributions from PACs up to $5,000 per PAC. This is an internal YES DART policy limit adopted for transparency and risk management. Any PAC contributions accepted will be published for full transparency and may also appear in required public filings.

YES DART may decline any contribution, including otherwise permissible contributions, if acceptance would undermine public trust or increase compliance risk.

Contribution records may become public record through required campaign finance filings and other reporting required by law.

In-Kind Contributions

YES DART may accept in-kind contributions (goods or services), such as printed materials, paper, signage, artwork, design services, or other items/services used for campaign purposes.

If accepted, YES DART is required to document the contribution (including donor identity and a reasonable valuation). These records may become public record through required reporting and transparency practices.

If donor identity or valuation cannot be reasonably documented, YES DART will decline the in-kind contribution.
